Classes

I run fun weekly one hour classes for 50+ men and women that correspond to daily living to help improve balance, strengthening exercises using handweights and therabands, flexibility, agility, core strength, Tai Chi, and breathing exercises.

I teach proper form and correct technique for safety and maximum results.

 

MONDAYS 11:00am - Normanhurst Uniting Church

WEDNESDAYS 9:15am - St Ives Presbyterian Church

 

These classes cater for all fitness levels as the program is specific to the needs of the people attending, including those who need to sit in a chair to exercise.

 

One to One Training

45 minutes, in a person's home, with a program to suit specific needs.

 

Rehab

Usually One to One for 45 mins, in a person's home. Can be a follow-up from knee surgery; hip replacement; stroke rehabilitation; suffering from peripheral neuropathy; shoulder problems; needing help after a stay in hospital.

 

Other

I run classes also at retirement villages and nursing homes.
