I work with men and women 50+ to enhance their health, quality of life and well being, and how to maintain it. I use safe and effective exercises to:

  • keep well
  • remain mobile
  • stay functional
  • maintain independence
  • increase happiness

I demonstrate proper form and correct technique to avoid over-stressing the body.

I understand how an older body feels and how discouraging it can be to struggle to do things you once did easily.
